Security at CardCashGo

No platform can promise zero risk, but CardCashGo uses several layers of protection. Here is what they are and what you can do to stay safe.

Account protection

  • Two-factor authentication (authenticator app). A fresh code is required for every crypto withdrawal, and each code can authorize only one withdrawal.
  • Automatic sign-out after inactivity.
  • Recovery codes so you can regain access without email.

Withdrawal safeguards

  • Destination addresses are checked for the correct coin and network.
  • Per-transaction and daily limits, plus rate limits on repeated attempts.
  • Duplicate-withdrawal protection and a full audit trail.
  • A withdrawal is only marked confirmed after it is confirmed on the blockchain.

Deposit safeguards

Deposits need 3 blockchain confirmations before they can be traded or withdrawn. If a transaction drops out of the chain, the funds are locked again until confirmations are restored.

Trading safeguards

Every P2P trade uses escrow, and disputes are reviewed by staff using the trade chat and uploaded evidence.

What you can do

  • Trade only inside the CardCashGo trade room so chat and evidence are recorded.
  • Never release crypto or mark a trade paid until you have confirmed the payment yourself.
  • Do not share passwords, recovery codes or authenticator codes with anyone, including people claiming to be staff.
  • Open a dispute from the trade room if something goes wrong — do not settle outside the platform.
