What is CardCashGo?

CardCashGo is a P2P marketplace where you can hold Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT-TRC20 on TRON), trade crypto with other users, and exchange gift cards for crypto. It does not buy gift cards directly or send cash payouts. P2P trades use crypto escrow. Your trading partner checks the gift card; CardCashGo staff review evidence when a dispute is opened.

Select Sign up, then enter your first and last name, a valid email address, a valid phone number with country code and a password. Confirm your email from the message we send you, then sign in. Each email address and phone number can only be used for one account.

1. Complete your profile in Settings. 2. Secure your account by turning on two-factor authentication (2FA). 3. Open your Wallet. Your BTC, ETH and USDT-TRC20 receiving addresses are created automatically. 4. Deposit supported crypto if you want to fund an offer, or find a P2P offer accepting your gift card. 5. Buy, sell or trade on the P2P marketplace. 6. Verify your identity when you want to trade above the $1,000 unverified limit.

What are the registration rules?

Accepted Answer

Each account needs a unique, valid email address and a unique, valid phone number. Duplicate, invalid or temporary (disposable) emails are rejected, as are invalid phone numbers and placeholder names. Use your real name. If you later verify your identity, the name must match your ID.

Why can't I create an account?

Accepted Answer

Common reasons are: the email is already registered, the phone number is already registered, the email or phone number is invalid, a temporary email was used, or our registration security checks failed. If you already have an account, use Forgot password on the sign-in page instead of registering again. For anything else, email support.

How should I protect my account?

Accepted Answer

Turn on 2FA in Settings, use a strong password you don't use anywhere else, and never share your password, 2FA codes or recovery codes with anyone. CardCashGo support will never ask for your password or 2FA code.

Every crypto withdrawal and offer-creator escrow release requires a fresh 2FA code. Each code works for only one send and must be used within a few minutes.

Why does CardCashGo need my ID?

Verification confirms that you are who you say you are. It is required to trade above the $1,000 unverified limit, and it helps protect traders from fraud.

You'll need your full legal name, date of birth and residential address, plus: • A government-issued ID: driver's licence, state ID or national ID card (front AND back), or a passport (photo page). • Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address. • Optional additional documents, if requested. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 10 MB each.

Why do I need to upload the front and back of my ID?

Driver's licences, state IDs and national ID cards carry important details on both sides. They are uploaded as two separate files, "Government ID — Front" and "Government ID — Back", and a submission is refused if either is missing. Passports need only the photo page.

It confirms the residential address you entered belongs to you. Use a recent document showing your name and address.

Only authorised CardCashGo administrators and staff with verification-review permission. Documents are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived secure links during review. Other users, P2P trading partners and ordinary accounts can never see them.

Every request is reviewed by a person, so times vary. We can't promise a specific approval time. You'll get a notification when your status changes.

Yes. After a decline or a request for more information, you can submit again from Account Settings → Account Verification.

What happens after I submit verification?

Your request joins a review queue. An authorised reviewer checks your ID front, ID back, proof of address and any additional documents, then approves it, declines it or asks for more information. Reviewers can also leave internal notes. Once approved, your limit is raised and a Verified badge appears on your profile, offers and trades.

What is the trading limit for an unverified account?

Unverified accounts can trade up to $1,000 in total on the P2P marketplace. Open trades count toward that limit, and it's enforced by our system, not just shown on screen.

How do I increase my trading limit?

Go to Account Settings → Account Verification and submit the required documents. Once an authorised administrator approves your request, your limit is raised and you get a Verified badge that appears wherever your name shows in P2P offers and trades.

What happens when I reach my $1,000 limit?

New trades that would take you over the limit are blocked until you verify. A banner appears after you sign in once you pass 80% of the limit, with a stronger warning at 90%. At the limit it reads: "Your trading limit has been reached. Verify your identity to increase your trading limit." It includes a Verify Identity button. The banner isn't shown to verified users.

Can I continue trading after reaching my limit?

You can finish trades that are already open, but you can't start new ones that go over $1,000 until your verification is approved. Your wallet, deposits and withdrawals keep working.

What cryptocurrencies are supported?

Your CardCashGo wallet supports Bitcoin (BTC) on Bitcoin, Ethereum (ETH) on Ethereum mainnet, and Tether (USDT-TRC20) on TRON mainnet. USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Smart Chain or any other network is not supported. TRX is used for network funding, not offered as a customer trading asset.

Which network should I choose when depositing USDT?

Choose TRON (TRC-20) on your sending wallet or exchange, and copy the USDT-TRC20 receiving address from CardCashGo Wallet. Do not choose ERC-20, BEP-20, Solana or another network. USDT is a token; TRX is a different coin. Only send the correct cryptocurrency using the supported network to the displayed receiving address. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.

Do I need TRX to send USDT or release a USDT trade?

No. CardCashGo’s admin-funded TRX wallet covers TRON network fees for customer USDT-TRC20 withdrawals and escrow releases. You only need enough confirmed available USDT for the amount and any applicable CardCashGo service fee. The 3% buyer trading fee remains unchanged.

Why does USDT say network fee funding is temporarily unavailable?

CardCashGo could not safely provide network funding at that moment, for example because its funding wallet or spending limit is unavailable. You do not need to buy or deposit TRX. Try again later or contact Support with the withdrawal reference; check the existing request before retrying so you do not send twice.

Yes, where an active P2P offer accepts your exact card brand, country, currency and type and uses USDT-TRC20. The offer creator funds and releases real USDT escrow on TRON; marking paid does not release it automatically. Check the offer terms and the net crypto amount before starting.

No. BTC can only be sent on Bitcoin, ETH only on Ethereum mainnet, and USDT-TRC20 only on TRON mainnet to a TRON address. Addresses are checked before you can send, but always make sure the receiving wallet supports that exact coin and network. Only send the correct cryptocurrency using the supported network to the displayed receiving address. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.

Are wallet balances and blockchain balances the same?

Your BTC, ETH and USDT-TRC20 balances come from the supported blockchain. Only confirmed funds can be spent: a recent deposit still waiting for 3 confirmations shows as pending. Your available balance excludes funds reserved for open escrow, pending withdrawals and uncollected service fees. Escrow locks real confirmed wallet funds; releasing it sends crypto on-chain.

No. CardCashGo charges $0 to deposit, and you're credited the full amount that arrives. The wallet you send from may charge its own blockchain network fee, which isn't a CardCashGo fee.

You can send BTC, ETH or USDT-TRC20 to an external wallet on its supported network. Select the correct coin, check the destination address carefully and confirm with 2FA. The review screen shows, separately: the withdrawal amount, the CardCashGo service fee, the network fee, the total deducted and the amount that will arrive. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed. Funds sent to a wrong address are usually lost.

Pending: your request is recorded. Submitted/Confirming: it has been sent to the blockchain and is waiting for confirmations. Confirmed: the blockchain has confirmed it. Failed: it wasn't completed. Pending review: our team is checking it. A withdrawal is marked Confirmed only after the blockchain confirms it. A blockchain explorer link appears only once a real transaction hash exists.

Customer USDT-TRC20 sends also have a separate $1.50 sending fee added to the platform service fee. It does not apply to deposits, P2P trades, BTC or ETH sends. Trading fee: 3% on each P2P trade, paid by the buyer. Admin accounts pay neither the CardCashGo platform withdrawal fee nor the USDT sending fee; customer platform fee tiers are unchanged. Blockchain network fee: shown separately for BTC and ETH. CardCashGo covers TRON network fees for USDT-TRC20 sends and escrow releases; customers do not need to deposit TRX. Customer withdrawal service fees and the 3% trading fee still apply.

Is the service fee the same as the network fee?

No. The CardCashGo service fee goes to CardCashGo's fee wallet. The network (gas) fee goes to the blockchain for processing your transaction. BTC and ETH network fees are shown separately before you confirm. For USDT-TRC20, CardCashGo covers the TRON network cost; customers pay the platform service fee plus a separate $1.50 outgoing sending fee. Admins are exempt from both CardCashGo fees.

Admins pay neither CardCashGo fee.
